Free Self-Defense Seminars from United States Karate Academy

The United States Karate Academy offers free self defense seminars to the community as a public service. Companies and organizations with at least five interested individuals can have USKA instructors come to their place of business (or go to the USKA studio) for a 45 to 60 minute seminar. We will give you excellent information on how to keep you and your loved ones safe.
